Your name;

Information reasonably necessary to identify and process your request.

Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

6. Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control, or GPC, is a browser-based preference signal that can communicate a request to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.

Where the law requires it and it is technically supported, if you visit our website with a recognised GPC signal enabled, we will treat it as an opt-out request for the browser and device used to access the website.

A GPC signal may not identify you by name and may not automatically apply to another browser, another device, or a customer account.

7. Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may also have the right to:

Request access to personal information we hold about you;

Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

Request deletion of certain personal information;

Obtain a portable copy of eligible information;

8. Verification of Privacy Requests
To protect personal information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Verification may require confirmation of information associated with an account, an order, or a previous interaction with us. We will ask only for information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request.

Where the applicable law permits an authorised agent to submit a request, we may ask for evidence that the agent is permitted to act on your behalf. We may also contact you directly to verify the request.

9. What an Advertising Opt-Out Means
Opting out of targeted advertising does not mean you will stop seeing all advertisements.

You may continue to receive advertisements that:

Are based on the content of the website you are visiting;

Are not selected using your activity across different websites or services;

Are required for fraud prevention or security; or

Are otherwise permitted by applicable law.

An opt-out also does not disable technologies that are reasonably necessary for:

Shopping-cart and checkout functions;

Order processing;

Account security;

Fraud prevention;

Legal compliance; or

Other essential services.

10. Processing and Responding to Requests
We will review and respond to verified privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.

If additional time is reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we will let you know. If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will explain the applicable reason where the law requires it.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
